2. Scope of Services

DARMIST Lab specializes in custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and IT consulting. All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, contracts, and timelines.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate requirements, assets, and documentation
• Ensure timely feedback, approvals, and communication
• Assign a responsible point of contact for project coordination
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Execution & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation. Delays in feedback or resource provision may impact delivery schedules. Final deliverables will be provided upon completion of agreed milestones.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Payments are structured based on milestones or agreed schedules
• Invoices must be settled within the specified timeframe
• Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of DARMIST Lab until full payment is received. Upon settlement, ownership may be transferred as per contractual agreement, excluding third-party components.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and project data shared during collaboration.

8. Revisions & Change Requests

A limited number of revisions are included as per the project agreement. Additional changes or scope expansions may require revised timelines and additional costs.

9. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is provided for a limited period unless a separate maintenance agreement is established. Ongoing updates and enhancements are billed separately.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools, APIs, or services. DARMIST Lab is not responsible for issues, costs, or limitations arising from such external services.

11. Limitation of Liability

DARMIST Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, all completed work up to the termination date must be compensated accordingly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and jurisdiction agreed upon in the service contract.

14. Modifications to Terms

DARMIST Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
